  • Recommend a loan officer who will work with you to establish your financing options and approve your loan before we write a purchase agreement.
  • Enter your buying criteria into Edina Realty’s intra-company networking system where other Edina Realty agents can notify me of homes not on the market that meet your buying criteria.
  • Discuss all forms necessary to buy a property and write the purchase agreement with you so you are comfortable with the process.
  • Negotiate the best possible price on your offers. Keep you informed of all developments during negotiations, including counteroffers and any other aspects of the transaction that need explanation.
  • Recommend inspection companies and set up the property inspection around your schedule so you can learn more about the condition of the property you want to purchase.
  • Schedule a final “walk through” inspection of the property to determine that its condition is the same as it was when your purchase agreement was accepted.
  • Attend the closing with you to review the closing documents and make sure there are no problems.
